Acc. 1982.060 contains 27 boxes of files arranged alphabetically by subject. This accession includes material on the Society of Alumni, Athletic Association, college budget, the Board of Visitors, the Affirmative Action and other committees, property sale of Eastern State, gifts and donations, insurance, President Thomas A. Graves, Jr., staff, students, buildings, and other properties owned by the college.

Acc. 1983.025 consists of 22 boxes of files arranged alphabetically by subject. This accession includes material on Affirmative Action, the Alumni Society, Ash Lawn, the Athletic Association, budgets, asbestos removal from college buildings, campus police, capital outlay, various committees, the Endowment Association, fees and tuition, personnel, the State Council of Higher Education (SHEV), VIMS, and individual staff members.

Acc. 1983.027 consists of 13 boxes of files arranged alphabetically by subject. This accession includes material on the Board of Student Affairs, Board of Visitors, bookstore, various Commonwealth of Virginia departments, dining halls and dormitories, fraternity lodges, Millington Hall, library, sorority houses, and individual staff members.  A PDF inventory of Acc.

Acc. 1983.069 contains two boxes of files from 1958-1972. These include grant proposals, contracts, VARC reports, construction project reports, and correspondence.

Acc. 1984.013 contains yearly financial reports for 1938-1982.

Acc. 1985.004 contains six boxes of office files from 1977-1981. These include correspondence, reports, and budget materials.

Acc. 1985.005 contains Comptroller office files from 1975-1981.

Acc. 1985.015 contains correspondence with the Board of Visitors from 1974-1979.

Acc. 1985.027 contains office files and Auxiliary Enterprise's files from 1970-1983.

Series 11: contains correspondence with staff, administration, and students; financial policies and procedures 1981,1985; Treasurer-Auditor's Office financial reports 1975-1989;  and financial report for Richard Bland College for 2000.
