Official order for publication of the preceding proclamation, signed by 18 members of the privy council: Halifax, [Henry Howard, duke of] Norfolke & Marshall, [Aubrey de Vere, earl of] Oxford, [Charles Talbot, earl of] Shrewsbury, [William Cavendish, earl of] Devonshire, and [William Russell, earl of] Bedford, and others.
