"Then and Now on the Peninsula", 1953-1954
Scope and Contents
“Then and Now on the Peninsula,” a photocopy of a Daily Press series of scenes as they stood in 1953-54 and as they had been photographed years before, compiled by Alexander C. Brown, historian and the newspaper’s literary editor. This is a significant contribution to local history with accurate captioning. This collection, for which Brown offers a helpful listing, was prepared for the Daily Press and there may be no other copy.
