Diary of Clarence Deal, a member of the 720th Bombardment Squad of the 15th Air Force of the United States Army Air Corps during World War II. His unit served in the Mediterranean during the war. Diary includes a list of addresses of Deal's friends and officers, diary entries that note major events throughout the course of Deal's enlistment, and his service records. There are also two photographs of unidentified soldiers. Deal may have been the nose gunner in a B-24 Liberator heavy bomber.
