From the Collection:

The collection includes materials relating to the celebration of the 300th anniversary of the Glorious Revolution in England including playing cards, invitations to President Verkuil to attend various functions celebrating the Glorious Revolution, the booklet "William and Mary: The Revolution that Shaped Our World," and brochures about exhibits and other events held to celebrate the tercentenary. The collection also includes: a copy of a booklet about Het Loo, a Dutch Palace of King William III and Queen Mary II, handed out at the President's Council Dinner on October 13, 1989; a copy of the book Glorious Revolution: The World of William and Mary; the pamphlets "Parliament and the Glorious Revolution" and "All the King's Men"; De Wereld van Willem III and Mary; Newsletter-300 Years of Anglo-Dutch Friendship; a folder of newspaper clippings and pamphlets related to celebrations of the Glorious Revolution Tercentenary.
