Scope and Contents

Letter, Captain John Stone, Marseilles, France to Moses Myers & Son, Norfolk, Virginia. The Georgiana's cargo has been landed and Stone is sorry to inform Moses Myers & Son that "worms have injured the cargo to a very destructive degree." Only 591 hides were rated first class. Expects to remit Monday to Wilson L2000, and has the ship advertised for freight.
