A typed memorandum describing four manuscripts in the Public Record Office, London, showing the College charter in four stages of its production. Copy of the warrant from the King to the Attorney General, authorizing him to draw up the charter of the College of William and Mary. 25 January 1692/93. In English. 17" x 13 1/2", 21 numbered pages. Copy made in 1828, from the original at the Rolls Chapel, London, at the request of the Hon. J. Barbour.
