Albert Gallatin Jenkins Letter
Letter from Brigadier General Albert Gallatin Jenkins, Head Quarters, Cav. Brigade, Camp Ruffner[?], Putnam Co., Va., [W. Va.], to Lieutenant Colonel H. Fitzhugh, A.A.A.
